While there is nothing better than a steaming cup of espresso coffee first thing in the morning, sometimes we want to get that delicious, one-of-a-kind espresso flavor in more exciting ways. ENNE café Espresso Liqueur adds a rich dash of flavor to your cocktails that are sure to get your taste buds tingling.
Introducing ENNE café Espresso Liqueur into your favorite Espresso Martini is always a great idea, but having just one cocktail option at your dinner parties can get a little bit boring. Some of our best suggestions might include White Russian, Long Island Iced Coffee, The Revolver, and of course there's Irish Coffee. Recipes below.
Espresso Coffee Liqueur Drinks
There are a couple of variations on the "Russian" cocktail, but many people see the White Russian as the best. Here's our favorite recipe:
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Pour Enne caffé Espresso Liqueur and vodka into a short glass filled with ice. Float fresh cream on top and stir slowly to combine.
Much like its more common sister cocktail, the Long Island Iced Coffee is not a drink to be taken lightly. Combining no less than five types of alcohol, this is the type of cocktail that is best sipped slowly over long periods.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a martini mixer and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
The Revolver originated in San Francisco in the early 2000s using a rye-heavy bourbon called Bulleit (thus the name). If you're a bourbon drinker, the Revolver is one cocktail worth getting to know.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Combine bourbon, Espresso Liqueur, and orange bitters in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Twist the orange peel to express oils over drink and use as garnish.
Here's our twist on this classic beverage. Even if you don’t normally have sugar in your coffee, it is important to include that step as the sugar helps the cream to stay separated and float on top. The coffee is drunk through the cream.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Fill footed mug or a mug with hot water to preheat it, then empty. Pour piping hot coffee into warmed glass until it is about 3/4 full. Add the brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Blend in Irish whiskey and Espresso Liqueur. Top with a collar of the whipped heavy cream by pouring gently over back of a warm spoon. Serve hot.
